The Story

My name is Leslie Pineda. I am a proud Latina Americana born and raised in the 'Peach State". In 2016, at the age of 21 and a single mom to a 2-year-old boy, I came to Columbus, Ohio in search for new beginnings. After a few years of adjusting to the slow life, expanding my professional skills, and enjoying all that Ohio has to offer, I met the love of my life. We expanded our blended family of 4 to family of 6, which led us to settle down in Springfield, OH in 2020. Shortly thereafter I was able to secure a role as an account manager at a staffing agency which allowed me to become more active in the Latino community. In 2023 my dreams of not only becoming an entrepreneur but a community advocate, became reality. Guided by the values of empowerment, community focus, collaboration, respect, commitment, and cultural pride, 4 Hoots, LLC was established. We empower the Latino community through comprehensive services, including business coaching, community advocacy, and other professional offerings. We strive to foster growth, success, and empowerment in every endeavor, while celebrating and preserving the rich cultural heritage of our community.

The Mission

My mission is to uplift and support the community fostering growth, success, and empowerment in every endeavor. Advocating for progress while inspiring others to take an active role in uplifting our community, through various initiatives which are aimed to empower individuals, promote cultural awareness, and address the challenges faced. We celebrate the unique cultural perspectives and experiences of Latino entrepreneurs while also inspiring others within the community to pursue their dreams.

The Vision

By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, I aim to amplify the unique perspectives and contributions of our community, ensuring that we are heard and making a lasting impact. Having the supportive networks and platforms where Latino business owners can connect, collaborate, and share their stories while strengthening our collective impact and ensuring that the Latino community thrives in the competitive business landscape. We can cultivate a vibrant ecosystem that uplifts voices, nurtures talent, and drives economic empowerment for generations to come. Together, we can create a future where the Latino community thrives, empowers one another, and champions progress.
